Vintage Vaillancourt Signed Chalkware Santa Folk Art Figurine #536 - USA. Vaillancourt Folk Art, founded 1984 Sutton, MA, is known for iconic folk art chalk ware Santas. The cherished pieces are collected worldwide due to the high quality of detail and workmanship. Vaillancourt Santas, designed by Judy Vaillancourt, are hand casted and painted by artists in fine detail with oil paints and covered in a crackle glaze. The standing Santa figure has red striped white mittens, hand-painted trim detail to his hat and coat. A true keepsake for generations.
